Chatzakou Mary

Mary Chatzakou was born and raised in Thessaloniki.

She has studied Economics and most of her professional career was developed in MEVGAL. She worked in almost all departments of the company, Financial Management, Sales, Marketing.

1990 – 2006: Member of the Board of Directors of MEVGAL.

2001–2006: CEO of MEVGAL.

2006 – 2010:  Member of the Management of “AROGI” rehabilitation center.

2006 – 2012: Elected General Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

2016 – July 2021: Vice President and CEO of MEVGAL.

July 2021– today: Chairwoman of MEVGAL.

At the same time, she has developed intense social action in institutions and structures that support vulnerable groups.
